My name is Milan Nikolic, 
and my work is focused on helping people slow down and reconnect with themselves in a practical, grounded way.

Reiki became part of my life during a period when I needed stability and clarity myself. What started as a understand-myself process turned into a structured practice I now share with others.

My approach is simple — no pressure, no expectations.

Every session is adapted to you. There is no fixed script — your current state defines the process.

Sessions are quiet, without distractions or unnecessary talking. The goal is simple: let your system slow down.

Everything shared before, during, or after a session remains private.

What Reiki actually is

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive method that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate and recover.

During a session, you lie down fully clothed while I work with light touch or without direct contact. Most people experience deep relaxation, reduced mental noise, and a noticeable release of tension.

Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment.
It works best as support — especially in periods of stress, fatigue, or emotional overload.
